Deljen Power Equipment was founded in 1999. We believe our equipment is the best in the business for economy and reliability. Our factory direct relationships, exceptional pricing, stock availability and ability to serve our customers has been a driving force in our continued success.

Our business began when our two founders began looking for tractors to put into use on their hobby farms. What they found was a lot of overpriced used equipment with high hours, faded paint, and questionable history. Believing there had to be a better alternative they began researching tractor manufacturers around the world. The company they first made a relationship with is one of the companies we still do business with today, the Jinma tractor company in China. They have ISO certification and are dedicated to providing an outstanding tractor value. What Jinma offers is a tractor without the unnecessary bells and whistles of color coded knobs, rubber floor mats, and the like. They distribute their tractors unlike many manufacturers through a distribution system of independent dealers. Because dealers are independent and are not factory owned or controlled, the services they offer vary by location.

Our business continued to grow as more and more of these independent dealers realized the value a relationship with our company provided. We continued to expand and improve on the products and services we offered. We began building a new line of front-loaders and backhoes, under the name brand of Spirit Implements. We also added a parts division called jinmaparts.com. By providing our dealers with the products, parts, and support that they needed to be successful, we have been able to grow our business as well.

In 2005, the founders decided it was time to make some changes to the organization to ensure its continued success. They decided to sell the distribution part of the business, Deljen Power Equipment. This allowed them to focus their attention on growing the Spirit Implements business. Deljen Power Equipment has agreements with the founders to continue to distribute Spirit Implements and receive part support through Jinmaparts.com.

The current owners of Deljen Power Equipment are committed to providing the same, high level of customer service our customers have grown to expect. In addition, we have plans to further expand the services and support we can provide our dealers. Stay tuned…
